How it works

One pot.
The room picks it.

Token fees fill one shared pot. Holders vote on real markets from Polymarket and Cloudbet. The winning vote is the bet the pot rides — and the winners take .

Step 01

Make your account

Email and a password, or one tap with Google. That's the account your votes are tied to.

  • Your account is what stops the same person voting twice on a market — one vote per market, per account, enforced on the server, not in the browser.
  • Nothing about your account is public. The board and the People tab show a display name and a shortened wallet, never an email.

Where the money sits

Three real balances, read live. Nothing here is a stand-in.

The house wallet

Solana. This is where token trading fees land and where the pot is measured from.

Polygon USDC

Polymarket settles in USDC on Polygon, so orders for those markets are funded from this wallet.

Cloudbet balance

Sportsbook markets settle inside the Cloudbet account — no separate wallet needed.

The house rules

One vote per market

Per account, enforced by the database — not by a disabled button.

Real markets only

Straight from Polymarket and Cloudbet, refreshed every five minutes.

No mock numbers

If a figure hasn't really happened, you see a dash instead of a zero.

Never a private key

The Huddle reads public addresses only. Nobody should ever ask you for a seed phrase.

A cap on every wager

One stake limit per market, so a bad day can't drain the pot.

Groups stay separate

Your own group pot never touches the shared public pot.

Questions people actually ask

+ Where do the markets come from?

Polymarket and Cloudbet, pulled live. The Huddle doesn't write its own lines or invent matchups — if it's on the board, it's a real open market with real odds.

+ Can I vote more than once?

Once per market. You can vote on every market on the board, but you can't stack votes on the same one, and the database enforces it rather than the button.

+ Do I need money to take part?

No. The pot is funded by token trading fees, not by deposits from you. You bring a vote; the house wallet brings the stake.

+ Why does everything show a dash?

Because it isn't real yet. Rather than print a comforting zero, The Huddle shows a dash anywhere a number hasn't actually happened — no simulated pots, no fake holders.

+ How is my vote weighted?

Everyone is at 1× until the token is live. After that, holdings set the weight on a square-root curve with a hard cap.

+ What about groups?

Groups are optional side pots — your own room, your own ante, your own chat. They never change how the main public pot works.
