Terms of Service

Last updated: September 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of The Huddle website and any related services (collectively, "The Huddle" or "the Service"). By creating an account, linking a wallet, casting a vote, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use The Huddle.

1.Who can use The Huddle

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

The Huddle is not available in jurisdictions where its features — including community voting on prediction markets, token-based governance, or cryptocurrency activity — are restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live.

2.Your account

You create an account by signing up with a valid email or through a supported social sign-in (e.g., Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may optionally link a public wallet address to your profile for holder-weighted voting. You must never share private keys, seed phrases, or recovery words with The Huddle. We will never ask for them, and we are not liable if you expose them to anyone.

3.What The Huddle does

The Huddle is a community platform where token holders vote on which real prediction-market outcomes a shared house pot should back. Markets are sourced from third-party providers such as Polymarket and Cloudbet. The Huddle does not itself operate a betting exchange, sportsbook, or gambling venue.

The shared main pot is funded by trading fees from the Huddle pump token and any winnings that are recycled back in. Groups may create their own optional side pots, but the main pot remains shared by everyone.

4.Voting and holder weight

Each account gets one vote per market. Votes are recorded on a first-come basis and cannot be changed once cast. Token holders who have linked a wallet receive a weighted vote based on their real on-chain token balance. Until the token launches, every voter counts as one vote.

The house aggregates all votes and places a single combined wager on the winning side of each market, subject to bankroll availability and per-bet stake caps. You are not placing an individual bet; you are voting on how the shared pot is deployed.

5.The 70/25/5 split

When the house pot wins a market, the profit is split as follows:

  • 70% — distributed to holders who voted for the winning side, proportional to their vote weight.
  • 25% — recycled back into the pot to fund future wagers.
  • 5% — held as a reserve and operating buffer.

These percentages are configurable and may change. Payouts in USDC are sent only to winners who have linked a valid Polygon (EVM) wallet address. Solana-only winners are recorded as owed until they add one.

If the house loses a wager, the staked amount is lost and no payout is due. The Huddle does not guarantee any return.

6.No financial or gambling advice

Nothing on The Huddle constitutes financial, investment, legal, or gambling advice. Market odds, outcomes, and results are displayed for information only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Service.

7.Token and cryptocurrency risks

The Huddle pump token and any related digital assets operate on public blockchains. Token values can be extremely volatile, and you may lose some or all of your investment. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. The Huddle does not guarantee token value, liquidity, or any specific return.

Smart contracts, third-party platforms, and blockchain networks may have bugs, vulnerabilities, or outages that are outside The Huddle's control.

8.Third-party services

The Huddle displays data from and interacts with third-party services including Polymarket, Cloudbet, ESPN, and blockchain networks. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

9.User content

You may post messages in group chats or other community features. You retain ownership of your content but grant The Huddle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate it. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

10.Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to vote more than once per market or manipulate vote weights.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
  • Attempt to access, siphon, or interfere with the house pot or any wallet you do not own.
  • Share private keys, seed phrases, or recovery words through the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

11.Disclaimers

The Huddle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the Service.

12.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Huddle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of tokens, funds, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of The Huddle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
